We manage your home from top to bottom, ceiling fans to toe kicks. We leave your floors spotless, your appliances sparkling and polished, your woodwork cleaned and properly conditioned, and your surfaces disinfected.
Summary of Services
- We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and every 4- week maintenance cleanings. We also offer one-time, post-construction, move-in and move-out cleanings. You have the option of simply giving us a call whenever you need a cleaning and we will do our best to accommodate you. As a scheduled customer, you’ll have the same manager, the same day, the same time slot, and a pre-printed annual schedule. We provide 24 hour reminder calls before each cleaning. There are no contracts, so you can cancel at any time without worry.
- We take allergies into consideration and honor special requests. If you are not satisfied with a particular product we use, we will change it. No wax or ammonia based products will ever be used in your home.
On each visit, we will provide the following in all rooms including bathroom and kitchen:
- Remove reachable cobwebs (up to 30 feet)
- Clean all reachable ceiling fans, light fixtures, sconces etc.
- Wash down doorways, floor trim/molding including radiators/heaters
and casing around windows (trim) - Wash/disinfect face plates/light switches
- Clean/polish room furniture
- Vacuum and mop
- Change linens and make beds when necessary
- Remove cushions from sofa, chairs etc. and vacuum entirely
- Apply lint brush on necessary curtains, furniture etc.
Bathrooms
- Clean medicine cabinet exterior
- Clean and dry sink, pedestal, lower cabinet(s) exterior if applicable
- Clean all open shelving and clean glass
- Clean and dry all counter tops
- Clean toilet inside and out, front and back
- Clean shower stall, tub and Jacuzzi inside and out
- Wipe down towel racks and toilet paper holder
- Clean, close and arrange all toiletries
Kitchens
- Clean exterior of upper and lower cabinets
- Clean counter tops and back-splash
- Clean inside and out of microwave and toaster oven
- Clean exterior of stove and oven including grates and rings if necessary
- Clean and polish hoods
- Clean open shelves
- Clean exterior of refrigerator top and sides included
- Clean and dry sink(s), faucets and knobs (Stainless steel will be polished)
- Clean exterior of dishwasher/garbage disposal
- Clean exterior and lid of garbage pail
- Additional appliances will be wiped down
